- To execute your search across public data sources.
- To generate and deliver your report (PDF or email).
- To process your payment via Stripe.
- To improve our search accuracy and service quality.
3. What We Don't Do
- We never access private dating app accounts or messages.
- We never hack, breach, or bypass any platform's security.
- We never sell your personal data to third parties.
- We never store your credit card information.
- We never use your data for advertising.
4. Data Sources
Datly searches publicly available data from:
- Public social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
- Public dating profiles on platforms that allow public access.
- Data breach databases (to check if an email appeared in known breaches).
- Reverse image search results from public sources.
- Username availability across public platforms.
We do not access private accounts, messages, or any data behind login walls.
5. Data Retention
Search queries and results are stored temporarily to deliver your report. We do not retain your search data permanently. Payment records are handled by Stripe according to their privacy policy.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Vercel — hosting and deployment
- SerpAPI — public search results
- Resend — email delivery
- Arnoldii AI — AI analysis of search results
