1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Datly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Datly is a search tool that helps you find publicly available information across social media platforms, dating sites, and public databases. We search publicly available data only.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Datly only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

  • Use the Service to stalk, harass, or harm others.
  • Use the Service for any illegal activity.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to abuse the Service.
  • Resell or redistribute search results without permission.
  • Use the Service to violate any platform's Terms of Service.

4. Payments

  • Each report costs US$9.99 (RM 39.00 for customers in Malaysia) — a one-time payment.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • We do not store your credit card information.
  • Each payment grants access to one report.

5. Accuracy of Results

We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Datly uses AI analysis and public data sources. Results are inferences, not verdicts. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our reports. Always verify information independently.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Datly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code on Datly are owned by Datly. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
